The end result of our bathroom renovation is nice, but the journey wasn’t as smooth as we hoped. There were some unexpected costs that weren’t communicated upfront, and we had several delays. While the quality of the work is solid, the overall experience was marred by these issues. I think better upfront communication would improve their service.
